MELISSA (LEMON BALM)
Melissa commonly known as Lemon Balm is an aromatic herb with cooling and sedative properties. It is used around the world to improve digestion and also to lower a fever. Whilst Melissa also has anti-viral and anti-biotic effects it is an ideal candle to take away on holiday due to its insect-repellent effects.
Melissa is also used in aromatherapy to ease nervous tension and to treat depression.
These have a distinctive smell that may not be to everyone's liking however they work and to get a good nights rest in a hot country whilst deterring the mosquitos must be a benefit to anyones holiday.
Bio Candles are very similar to Herbacone Candles except that they contain extra essential oils in various fragrances to provide different subtle aromas. They are of excellent quality and were introduced to Hopicandles4u due to the fact that they have been sourced in the same method as our other candles and with the same ideology.
